Why People Choose Us for Pressure Washing in Cheshire

There are plenty of pressure washing contractors out there, but what most people are really looking for is someone reliable who turns up with the right equipment, does the job properly and doesn’t make things complicated. That’s exactly how we run things.

The right equipment, set to the right pressure

We use professional-grade pressure washing equipment with fully adjustable pressure settings. Not a DIY machine from the shed — proper kit that can be dialled in for each surface, whether that’s block paving, Indian Sandstone, resin or concrete.

Hot pressure washing available

For stubborn organic staining, oil spills, grease and heavy commercial grime, hot pressure washing is significantly more effective than cold. We’re one of few local pressure washing contractors in Cheshire to offer this — and it makes a real difference on the jobs that need it.

Kiln-dried sand refill as standard

Pressure washing lifts the sand between block paving joints. On driveways and patios where it’s an original feature, we refill with kiln-dried sand as standard — included in the job, not an add-on you have to chase us for.

Domestic and commercial

From residential driveways and garden patios to commercial yards, car park cleaning, industrial units and building facades — if a surface needs pressure washing in Cheshire, we can handle it. We work regularly with businesses across the North West.

Eco-friendly treatments where needed

Where chemical treatment works alongside pressure washing — algae, moss, organic staining and surface staining from biological growth — we use biodegradable, eco-friendly solutions that are safe around planting, drainage and surrounding areas.

Experienced team

We’ve pressure washed everything from elaborate brick garden staircases to commercial bin yards, council-managed playgrounds, car dealerships and large patio areas across East Cheshire. Not much surprises us.

What's included in our pressure washing service

Pressure washing covers far more than driveways and patios. Here’s what we regularly work on across Cheshire:

Driveways and block paving Tarmac, concrete, resin, Indian Sandstone and block paving — we assess the surface first and set the pressure accordingly. Organic staining, tyre marks and general surface staining are all removed as part of the clean. Kiln-dried sand is refilled as standard where it’s part of the original surface.

Patios and paving Large patio areas where the stones have lost their colour and lustre are some of the most satisfying jobs we do. Pressure washing in Cheshire homes brings them back quickly — the difference to kerb appeal is usually immediate.

Brick, steps and garden features We’ve tackled some elaborate brickwork — rear garden staircases, raised beds, feature walls. Detailed work like this takes experience and care to get right without damaging the surrounding area.

Fencing and UPVC surfaces Timber fencing, gate posts, UPVC surfaces and other exterior structures can all be jet washed where the material allows. We’ll always advise if a lower-pressure approach would give a better result.

Commercial yards, car parks and building facades Bin storage areas, car park cleaning, commercial waste yards, industrial units and building facades — we carry out regular commercial pressure washing in Cheshire for businesses where hygiene and appearance both matter. Car dealerships, council-managed outdoor facilities and food service operators are all regular customers.

Not sure if pressure washing is right for your surface? Render, painted masonry and some exterior wall finishes are better suited to our soft washing service, which uses lower pressure and specialist solutions to clean without causing surface damage. We’ll always tell you which approach is right before we start.

How our pressure washing service works

We like to keep things simple. No complicated booking systems, no back and forth — just a straightforward service that fits around you and your home.

1. Assessment and quote

We assess the surface, the condition and what’s needed. You get a price confirmed upfront — no hidden extras, no surprises on the day.

2. Surface preparation

Loose debris is cleared first. We check for anything that needs protecting — planting, drainage, surfaces that need a lower pressure setting.

3. The clean

Professional-grade pressure washing at the right pressure for the surface. Hot washing where the job calls for it. Biodegradable chemical treatment applied where build-up needs more than water pressure alone.

4. Finishing and clearing

Debris is cleared and disposed of properly. Surfaces are rinsed down and left ready.

5. Kiln-dried sand refill

On block paving driveways and patios where it’s an original feature, we refill the joints with kiln-dried sand before we leave — as standard.

A note on water supply: We work from your on-site supply for most jobs. For smaller jobs or awkward locations, we can bring our own. Either way it won’t hold things up.

Driveways, block paving (including Indian Sandstone), patios, paths, brick walls, steps, fencing, UPVC surfaces, commercial yards, building facades and industrial units are all well suited to pressure washing in Cheshire. Render and painted exterior walls are generally better handled by our soft washing service — we’ll tell you which is right when you get in touch.

Yes. Pressure washing removes some of the kiln-dried sand between joints, which is normal. On driveways and patios where it’s part of the original surface, we refill it as standard — it’s included in the job.

Nothing — they’re the same thing. Jet washing, power washing and pressure washing are all used interchangeably. Hot pressure washing is a separate option where the water is heated, which is more effective on oil stains, grease and heavy commercial grime.

Yes. We work with businesses regularly across Cheshire and the North West — car park cleaning, commercial bin yards, industrial units, car dealerships, council-managed facilities and more. Get in touch to discuss what you need.

We use your on-site water supply for most jobs. For smaller jobs where that’s not possible, we can bring our own. Just mention it when you enquire.

Hot pressure washing heats the water before it’s applied, making it much more effective on oil stains, grease, heavy organic staining and commercial waste areas. For a standard driveway or patio clean, cold washing is usually fine — we’ll advise if hot washing would give a better result.

Most driveways and patios across Cheshire benefit from a clean every one to two years. Properties with tree cover or in shaded areas tend to see surface staining and algae build up faster. A maintenance package takes the scheduling out of your hands entirely.

Yes, when the right pressure is used. The risk comes from DIY machines set too high, or operators without the experience to adjust for different surfaces. We assess every job first — block paving, tarmac, concrete, resin and Indian Sandstone all need a different approach, and we know the difference.
